Quality and Stretch
The sample I got is very high quality; its super strong and durable, it stretches and returns to its original size. It feels really strong flexible and breathable.

Power Mesh in Active Wear
I use power mesh in my sports bras for extra support and shape and have recently discovered how good it is in the band of my active tights, no rolling and so comfortable. It also can be used as a feature if I am colour blocking a piece, to add a bit of glam to my tights and bras.
